Week One
Lemon-Dill Marinated Chicken
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup water
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 table fresh dill weed or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 tablespoon Worcesterhire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In a medium bowl, combine onions, water, vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, celery seed, and pepper. Pur marinade over meat in a glass baking dish or a resealable plastic bag. Marinate 6 to 24 hours in refrigerator. Remove meat from marinade. Grill over medium high heat on an oiled or sprayed grill until desired doneness, about 10 minutes per side.
I really enjoyed this recipe. I think it is a keeper!
