So I've been trying new recipes, I promise! I just haven't been doing as well at posting them. The four latest new recipes are the following: Meatloaf, Brownie Pudding, Hot Fudge Sauce, and homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. You can find the links to these recipes under the recipe tab.
Meatloaf- So I had eaten meatloaf once that I could remember, but it is something that I know my husband likes. I decided to try it. I looked through all of my cookbooks and found several recipes. I decided to try the Better Homes and Gardens recipe, as it was a "best loved" recipe. The result.... FANTASTIC!!! It was so good! I've already made it twice!
Brownie Pudding- This is another Better Homes and Gardens "Best Loved" recipe, and for very good reason. Picture a chocote cake, oozing with a hot chocolate sauce, serve with vanilla ice cream.... Hungry yet? "This classic cake comes from the pages of the January 1944 issue of Better Homes and Gardens magazine" Try it out!!! You will be in love!!!!
Hot Fudge Sauce- Yet another Better Homes and Gardens "Best Loved" recipe. I'm telling you these recipes don't lie when they say "Best Loved"! There is a reason for all the love! This fudge sauce is SOOO much better than Hershey's chocolate syrup! Another recipe I've fallen in love with!
Buttermilk Ranch- So this is a recipe that I got from a gal at church. It is so good! I tried it out today, and I accidently put in too much vinegar when making my buttermilk, but it was still great on salad. PLUS.... it is cheaper and tastier than store bought ranch! MMMMMMM!!!!!
Brownie pudding...oh my blood sugar just spiked thinking about it.
